To change your email password, login to the email web client SOGo
(nova.org)
Use your existing user name and password. Remember your username is your
whole email address (e.g., username@nova.org). Login and click the
'Password' button.
#$%&'*+-,.:;!<=>?@[]/\(){}_~There are 2 situations where you might need to reset your password. You might be able to read email because your password is stored somewhere, but you don't remember what the password is. Or, you can't get your email at all, and you need to forcibly reset it.
If you have access to your nova.org email (e.g., on your phone or computer) but you don't remember what your password is, you can reset your password. Go to tower.nova.org and choose the "Forgot user name or password" link. It will email you a link that lets you set your password to something that you know.
Of course, once you do that, your old password stops working. So you must change the configuration in your email programs in order to continue receiving your email.
